I am not real familiar with vb in excel - I have 3 different columns (D 7-37) (h 7-37) and (m 7-37), each contain a number from 0 to 3 - basically, these columns contain 3 different categories they must meet for a bonus - 0 means they did not meet the criteria, 1 means the met the 1st tier, 2 means 2nd tier and 3 means they met the 3rd tier (in this situation, 3rd tier is the highest)

I am trying to calculate the overall bonus level they meet in another column. Out of the 3 criteria, the lowest one is what they get - for example, if they have 0 in D, 1 in H and 3 in M, they would get 0 (or no bonus) I think you get the idea

If someone could point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it - I was trying to think of an if statement but could not figure it out that way.

Thanks!

Fred

What is the criteria for each tier?

In your other column in row 7 just put [blue]=MIN(D7,H7,M7)[/blue] and copy it down to row 37.

Enjoy,
Tony
