Excel - Utility 1

Anyone know of an Excel utility that will pull details only of all the Excel files under a given directory, without having to go to that directory and do a print screen? I want to be able to select a folder, with many subfolders, that all contain excel files and just pull the name, size and Date modified of each file, in each folder.

don't know about Excel, but you can do this in DOS:

dir *.xls /s >xlsfiles.txt
