I am transferring an Excel file into pdf and am getting nothing but a black square in the middle ( about 2/3 of the page ). There is no color in the excel sheet on the cells.

Please help!!

I forgot to say I am using Office 2003 Pro and Acrobat 6.0 Standard

Is the PDF writer installed? This allows you to choose PDF creation as a printer choice.

Or are you using the PDF icon that gets imbedded on your Office toolbar to create the PDF?

There is a PDF Maker installed and I am using the toolbar in Excel

As I mentioned. Choose Print, and see if PDF Writer is available. If it is, choose that to print and see what happens.

I have tried the File, Print method; the AdobePDF menu on the toolbar; and the icon on the toolbar, and get the same result on all methods.

I do not have a PDF Writer as an option though in the print menu, it is just called Adobe PDF. I know the writer was in the 5.0 ver but have not seen it in the 6.0 ver
