I have a issue that
there is an Excel file on a network server which users access to read & write files. The Excel workbook is accessed from around 6 users from different places.
and their office & windows versions differ. For example, Windows XP / Windows 2000 / Office XP / Office 2000 => Mixed.
Now, the problems are because it is very frequently updated by users, Excel "Comments" is not in the right location. but it is located in a wrong place.
And also, When users who have read & write permissions try to save, it says Sharing Violation and so, can't save it.
Any ideas? or workaround?

Somehow I know the comments is corrected by copying the sheets in a new one. But to avoid it, any suggestions?
