Excel: Send Sheet to Mail Recipient as Attachment

Hello!
I want to find a way to send just one sheet of an excel document exactly like the send to mail recipient as attachment feature. Where it brings up the outlook email and I can choose a recipient from my contacts and type a message. Is there a way to do this?
