I have a spreadsheet that, when scaled in page set-up to 63%, prints correctly on only ONE page.

This works when printing.

However, I would like to resize the actual worksheet and save it at the 63%. Then, when I open the worksheet, printing at 100% will only print on ONE page.

Can this easily be done>

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Have you tried using your Macro Recorder?

Can't seem to make that work.

All I really want to do is save the file that is zoomed to 63% of the original as a new file -- thus the 100% view of the new file is equivalent to the 63% view of the original.

Hope this makes some sense.

Thanks for the reply.

Sorry, it does not work that way. Your Print scaling setting is based on an absolute value and is not relative to the last setting that was saved. If you notice, it is relative to "Normal size."
