If anybody can help me it would be greatly appreciated. I am an onsite network engineer for a customer who uses 2K terminal server. Some time last week a few users reported that they can no longer print in office products word/excel to there lpt1 port while connected in terminal server but they can print to other printers in terminal server. Just not there local printer LPT1 other applications such as notepad can still print to there local printer. I deleted their user.dat in there profile and it fixes it for a while but went back to not printing a few days later. Any Ideas????
