Excel Pivot Table causes Invalid Page Fault

When I initially refresh an Excel Pivot Table it works fine. But when I do it again, I get an "Excel.exe has cause an invalid page fault at 017f:30401a63"

I've looked this up in the MS knowledge base and none of the scenarios apply.

Any suggestions.
