Excel Not Shown as Export Option?

We are using version 8.5 and when I click on the export button, I don't see Excel as an option. Can anyone tell me why this is?

I might add, this is only on Citrix, if I run Crystal from a workstation I can see many more options, including several Excel export options.

On a citrix machine, you only have a few, Dif, etc.-no excel.
