I have a user who needs to copy data from Excel file to webmail. When people received her e-mail, it appears as .png file. Is there a way to make it not happen?
Sounds like it's an issue with the way it works in webmail.
Can she send the worksheet as an attachment? Or if you need to send in a different format, what about printing to a PDF from Excel, and then sending that as an attachment?
I did ask her to try to send as the attachment. But she said people prefer to get the data within the e-mail. The wired thing is that she is the only one having that problem. All other users have no problem copy and paste from Excel to webmail.
Same webmail account type? I mean, area they all using the same email provider? What about the same browser? Also, what about using an Email client app, such as Outlook. Outlook handles pasting from Excel VERY well.
