Excel Info into Quark labels 1

I would like to import a excel data into labels made in quark. I tried exporting the table data but that only collected all the data into my text box. There are 16 pages of label data. Is there a better way than to cut and paste each label info?

Export the excel info as tab delimited text and set up some styles for breaking the columns to each new label, then import text to the linked boxes.
