Excel Hyperlinks

I have exported a bunch of information from an Acess Database. One of the fields is 'email address.'
When this was done, as apostraphe was added ( ie. 'you@yourdomain.com) in front of the addresses, making them plain text.

Is there a way to remove the apostraphe without going through and doing it manually?
