I'm trying to create a combination stacked/clustered chart. Below is sample data:

Jan Feb -- month
LA SF LA SF -- city
Proposed 2 4 1 2
Actual 1 3 2 3
-- cat.

I am trying to get a chart that clusters the data into months; then stack the cat. over the city.

P A P A

If anyone can help me, I appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

Thanks for the advice... however, I don't think I entered the search criteria for google. I did get a link that showed a waterfall chart... My question is: This can only be done using VB/macro?

Thanks again for any assistance.

Okay... I've looked at one example from google search and it shows me a waterfall chart.... but it doesn't help me. It did give me hints to another problem, but I'm still at a loss in this combination CLUSTERED/STACKED chart! I've still surfing the net for any ideas and so far I'm not having any luck!

So, if anyone has any ideas (example,Site, references, etc.) on how to accomplish this I would appreciate it. Thanks again for any input to this!!!

Thanks to Indu I got the format I am interested in. I haven't fully imemeplemented the solution but so far it works!!! The combination clustered/stacked chart is still unfamiliar in concept - I'm a slow learner...

Nonetheless, I thank Indu for the help. I'm sure I'll be in this forum again.
