Excel Cell Capitalization conversion 1

We routinely export a mailing list from a database which has data entered into the fields in both all CAPS and proper case due to user vision needs. (We have some elderly volunteers who can read the CAPS better than the Proper Case.)This exported list is typically imported into Excel and the end user prefers the text to be in Proper Case format. Is there an easy way to do this? We're sure not finding it on our own.

I should also mention that after using the formulas, you can change the formulas into the values produced by the formulas:

Copy the formulas, and then Edit > Paste Special. In the Paste Special dialog box, choose values.
