hi there,

I have a spreadsheet with 3 columns and nth number of rows.
The second column is a Date field and I'd like to make this column a pull-down list with a calendar control - i have seen such things in VB but never in excel - is this possible?

Thanks!

sweetleaf,

I have an example file that has a Calendar frozen in the Title area, and will allow entry of any date in Column B.

If you want to consider this option, email me at and I'll send the file via return email.

As I have an appointment, email me at both the following addresses to ensure I can send you the file ASAP.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Dale!

It works great, you are a big help and are an excellent Excel VBA go-to guy!

Here's my problem...

I wanted to add formula to a flexi time sheet, which works fine with the cells formatted for 'time' except when I work less hours than the standard day, the cell shows '#######'.

Do cells formatted as time not calculate negative numbers?

Thxs in advance

Alden
