Excel: Calculation for all rows in one column

Hi - This is probably very simple, but for some reason, I can't figure out how to do it. I need to sum F:4 to
F:1843 *27% for each row and put the % into H:4 to H1843 for each row. Is this possible to do without performing the calculation in each cell? Thanks, Beth
