Excel as Database URGENT!!!

Hi,

Can anybody help me with this issue.

I want to use Ms-Excel file as Database i.e., All the records are in my excel file and i want to retreive data from the same file and display it on a web page.

You could just link to the Excel file as a down and dirty solution:
<a href=&quot;myExcelFile.xls&quot;>Click Here</a>
It would be readonly though.
