Excel 97 Graphs Get Sqewed When Converting to PDF! Please Help!!!

Hi,

I create an 11 page Excel 97 report monthly that has several graphs in it. When it is first converted to a .pdf file (the Excel 97 file size is 3,833KB, after it is converted to a pdf file, the size is 14,854KB over triple! Plus, the graphs and text all jump up about a quarter inch from the graph line, and I have to open it up and modify all the graphs to bring them back to meet the bottom line. Sometimes I receive a memory error and have to reboot several times.

Has this happened to anyone? This is every month! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks

How are you converting it to PDF? Have you tried printing directly to a PDF print driver?

Hi, thanks for the response. I select the tabs within Excel 97 that I want printed, click Print, and select Acrobat PDF Writer.
