excel 2003 export data, is it possible ? 2

Hi !
I only found "import" menu item...
I'd like to have a text file containing the excel data.
Could anyone tell me if it is possible to export excel 2003 data to a text file and how it is done ?

It's as simple as saving it as a text file. When you go to File, Save as, under the "Save as type" dropdown there are quite a few options for text files.

Thanks a lot to you guys. I didnt find it in "Data" menu and thought it had to be complicated but thanks to you it turned out simple...
