Excel 2003 Data > Forms Where is this in Excel 2007? 1

My boss Had Office 2003 and upgraded to Office 2007. In Excel she used the Data > Forms feature to enter data but can't find it in Excel 2007. Does anyone know how this works in 2007?

According to this site, "... Excel's built-in data entry form is not present in the Excel 2007 UI. To use the feature, you must customize your Quick Access Toolbar and add theForm command from the Commands Not in the Ribbon group."
