I have a spreadsheet with 3 columns and 150+ rows. Normal printing gives me 3 pages with data running down the left side of the pages. Is there a way to get those 3 columns to wrap to the right side of the paper when printing cutting down the number of printed pages? Your help and comments are always appreciated.

Many Thanks,
MJamison

Not in Excel.

What you can do is start a Word doc with 2 columns. Copy the data from Excel and Paste Special, Formatted Text (RTF)

One way to do this in Excel is to use the Camera tool to take snapshots of the different sections and arrange them in another sheet so that all fit on one page.

To get the Camera tool onto a toolbar, right click any toolbar ( to get the shortcut menu ), choose Customize, and in the Command tab look in the Tools category until you find the Camera tool, and then drag it on to a toolbar.

Thanks for your help! Both worked beautifully. Each time I log on I learn something new - one thing I learn each time is how much there is that I don't know.

I am constantly amazed.

Thanks again,
