Excel 2000; Print preview screen in Black and White

Howdy,

When i pull up documents in Excel 2000 and go to print preview, my documents are in black and white. When I print them out, to my color printer, they print in color and when I am creating them they are in color, it is just when looking at the print preview that they are in black and white. This just started happening and I need to know if I clicked on something by accident or I need to up date my printer driver. Please help.

The only 2 places that I know of, but it seems wierd for this to be happening, check in:

File>PageSetup>Sheet>Black and White

and

File>Print>Printer Properties>, <Where the color setting is for the printer>

If your default printer is B&W, and you do a print preview, it will be in B&W.

If that is the case, then go to File/Print choose your color printer, then preview...

Most likely it's what Blue

suggested.

If not re-install your print drivers.

Just wanted to thank you all. Changing the printer default to the color printer worked.
