Would anyone happen to have an exmaple of scope of work in regards to a PBX upgrade detailing a checklist for who's responsible for what, onsite support, duration of support, ...? I know this is a loaded question based on what's being upgraded so was looking for a general guideline.

Here's a summary SOW:

Summary scope includes:

1. Site Survey to be conducted by a technician at the customer site to determine site requirements.
2. Complete inventory of all equipment - outlined on the service order.
3. Software design & consultation to ensure system programming meets customer expectations.
4. Staging of S8XXX and Intuity at Vendors facility.
5. Upload and test RFA License Files
6. Remote system programming of software based on customer design & data collection.
7. Re-Pack & Ship all hardware to customer site
8. On-Site installation of all hardware and software
9. Fully test equipment hardware and software as per customer expectations.
10. One-day of On-Site End-User training on the basic operation of digital sets and voice messaging.
11. Cutover and Testing – to be performed outside of regular business hours.
12. 1st day of business support
