Microsoft exams are 70-xxx. Where are you seeing 70-59?
The only two digit exams that I see on Microsoft's web page are:
Exam 70-019: Designing and Implementing Data Warehouses with Microsoft SQL Server 7.0
Exam 70-081: Implementing and Supporting Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5
Exam 70-086: Implementing and Supporting Microsoft Systems Management Server 2.0
Exam 70-089: Designing, Implementing, and Managing, a Microsoft Systems Management Server 2003 Infrastructure
I do however see it on the list of MCP+I exams that have been discontinued.
Based on the title I would assume that these topics would be covered in 70-290 the Windows 2003 Server Exam.
