EX2003 server's "perform RDNS look up on incoming message"

Hi there,

EX2003sp1 BE & FE both runing on w2k3 server.

On FE's smtp virtual server, I ticked the box "perform reverse dns lookup on incoming message". Now for some incoming emails, when I check msg header, it shown 'RDNS failed'

Wondering in EX2003, any settings for me to reject those 'RDNS failed' emails?
