Evergreen Upgrade

Quick question, pretty simple.

I have a Pentium II 333mhz CPU, and just purchased a 766mhz Celeron II CPU from Evergreen (Performa766). Will my computer run up to 766mhz? I've noticed that some mobo's can only go to a certain speed. Any suggestions?

What type of mobo do you have? I could probably find out for sure if you know that, but my initial guess would be that it will not. Justin
