Ever hear of a UDP 10001 Service?

Has ANYONE ever heard of UDP service 10001? Its not a port.
I am trying to get a user to connect to a clients VPN. (Our firewall is Checkpoint NG (5.5)). I have opened ports udp500, tcp50, and tcp51 - classic IpSec. But the user cannot get in because the firewall is blocking this udp 10001 service ( the port always changes - seems to range anywhere from 1500-3500).

This is PORT 10001, not service 10001....
