Event Viewer Warning

I get this in my event viwer everyday. I enabled the SMTP logging to make sure that I wasn't being used as an open relay. Can someone help me figure out what this means.

EXPS is temporarily unable to provide protocol security with "dimeoex.dimeo.com". "CSessionContext::OnEXPSInNegotiate" called "HrServerNegotiateAuth" which failed with error code 0x8009030c ( y:\transmt\src\smtpsink\exps\expslib\context.cpp@1462 ).

Or this one..

Looks like you're not an open relay.
