Event Viewer - Security logging

I recently found that Security logging is no longer done on one of my servers. The last entry is very old and there is only one. I checked the properties of Security and everything is checked to log. Not sure where else to look for the problem.

What is your domain policy for logging Security events? Is your log set to overwrite?

None are defined. The server in question is 1 of 3 terminal servers that I have. The other two log the security events fine and all three were setup identical???
