Event Viewer Error Msg - Messenger Service Terminated

I'm getting this error everytime I reboot my NT 4.0 server.

The Messenger Service Terminated with Service - specific error 2105

Event id: 7024
Source: Service Control Manager

I reinstalled SP6a

Is the NetBIOS Interface Service installed (in Control Panel -> Network -> Services).

Is it bound to an adaptor? MCSE NT4/W2K

I have the NWLink NetBios protocols installed. It's bind to Server and Workstation.

I'm still getting the same message..I have the following setup.

services - Computer Browser, Microsoft DHCP Server, Novell Client for Windows NT, RPC Configuration, Server, Services for Macintosh, Simple TCP/Ip Services, Workstation

Protocols - NWLink IPX/SPX Compatible Transport, NWlink Netbios, TCP/IP

Bindings - DHCP, Novell Client for NT, Server and Workstation

This is a novell environment. I'm using the Network Client to login. I have IIS 4.0 and DHCP installed. The users to to access this server for both. Intranet and to receive an ip address. This is not a production server. I'm still testing.

Try installing the NetBIOS Interface service, then reservice packing your server.

See if that helps.

(To reinstall, go to Control Panel -> Networks -> Services tab -> Add -> NetBIOS Interface). MCSE NT4/W2K
