I have gotten used to using the EventTriggers command in 2003 functionality but can not find an equivalent in 2000.
Situation. I have a Blackboard Server (Online Classroom Stuff) and at a point in time the server's name was changed so IIS is a little quirky with the anonymous user. (I've uninstalled/reinstalled IIS and have an appropriate user but occasion I still get the W3SVC eid100 Event. (Unable to logon on IUSR_*) . Well, when this occurs which is about every 2-3 days I guess I need to run an iisreset, and bang it is working again. I scheduled iisreset to run daily at 1:00am but I would rather have an event trigger so the page doesn't stay down at all (Occasionally it doesn't wait 2 days).. Does EventTriggers have a 2000 equivalent or is there another utility I can use to accomplish this Event eid dependent execution of a script?
