Event ID 7011 for our print server.Please Help!!!!!!

Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for a transaction response from the Spooler service - we are getting and we cannot print having up to 160 printers on this print server.
Cannot open printer's properties.Please HELP!!!!

What was done:
Server restarted
Print spooler restarted
Spool folder deleted and restored from the backup.

Try stopping and starting the print spooler service again.
Try printing from the server, what happens?
