Event ID 6004

Been getting this error lately in the event log. Changed out the Nic card, but still getting the error.


"A driver packet received from the I/O subsystem was invalid. The data is the packet."

We've looked at that already. We've also swapped out the nic card, no help. We currently have the HP team option enabled, but currently they are set to Fault Tolerant (fail on fault), instead of Load balancing. Could this be a problem?
