Event 5719 Netlogon error

Recently, I saw a lot of Event 5719 in event viewer. A few times, I was unable to find other machines in the same domain. The description for the event is as follows. How can I track down this problem?

The event appears many times when the machine is running, w/o rebooting or logging off. Symptom observed is that it won't be able to access the shared drives on other machines in the domain.

Does it occur often enough to use Safe Mode With Networking to see if you are still unable to access Shared Drives or Domain Machines while not much else is loaded on the problem machine?
