Event 478 Error -613

Every backup that I do failes because of this error, I have tried all of microsoft solutions, I have uninstalled symantec mail security and local corporate client I have even tried the local win2k3 ntbackup ....
these are the error messages:

If this condition persists then please restore the database from a previous backup.
