Evaluation version of Oracle

Does anybody know how to get a free evaluation version of Oracle (7 or 8, for Win 98) ?

I believe CDs used to be available in the USA from Oracle for $30 ?

Anyone know if this is still true ?

According to the information from Oracle website it's still true. Some of the CDs are available for FREE even in Ukraine (of course you may need to wait some weeks for delivery). So I believe you may order it from anywhere, excluding US official enemies. I've oredered a suite consisting of JDeveloper and Oracle8i (for choice Enterprise/Personal/Lite) and got it in 3 weeks not paying a penny.
