Can anyone tell me what the usual turnaround time is for Qualcomm to respond to a request for Eudora support (made via their web site?
I submitted a request about ten days ago and wondered if it had gone astray.

The first time I did it I got a response the next day. But the second time I havn't yet(its been 6 days). I called them up and they said that they would have a tech look for my email and answer it but that hasn't happened yet!!!!

Did they finally repspond to you?
I posted a query and am still waiting for a few days.
