I have a client running XP Pro and Eudora 5. He is the only client on the network that has the problem. When he sends an e-mail to a group it doesn't get to the recipients. If he sends individual e-mails it works. Anyy suggestions?
My virus scanner (Norton) used to do something like this. When I sent to a large group it would not actually send but looked like it did. Don't remeber what changes I made to correct it but you might look at your virus program as the problem.
Thanks for the post herrslime. I found that her had several aliases in his mailing list different from the individual records. i.e. he had a James Welder as an alias for an individual record and then typed in Jim welder in the group list. Of course Eudora has to have the exact alias in ourder to resolve it. If one address can't be resolved in the list, then none of the messages are sent. Once he put all the correct aliases in it worked. Of course - he also doesn't know how it got that way because "it used to work". hmmm
