EU24: "That label cannot be changed"

I need to reuse a few EU24's to new 2420 users on my Dfinity G3. I get a 2420 display screen reply "That label cannot be changed" when I try to clear the extensions from previous users.

There has to be a way to clear or reset this equipment - other than reconnecting it to the 2420 that was used to program.
I am almost certian that it is something simple - I just have yet to discover it.

Any help, feedback or instruction from any Expert will be appreciated immensely!!
