EU24 Expansion Module Issue

Im hoping someone can help with the the expansion module. Certain members of staff have left a company and the names have been updated through manager and on the handsets. The expansion module still has the old names of old users at various extensions, how can the names be updated? We thought if we turned off/on this would help but have had no joy.

P.s can the names on the module be amended through manager? or do I need to do this on site with the handset or expansion module?

Yes, go into Manager, and the User with the EU24 sidecars. Double click on the button, and update the user and their name if you want a display different than the system name.

Thanks but all the names are as they should be on manager, its just not updated the names on the sidecars.

I just thought there maybe something I could do on manger to get them to update

Nothing to make them automatically update. You change the names of Users, but the buttons are still referencing the old name associated with the extension number. Right-click on the name in the Action Data column and select the correct user.

Thanks for the update. This is driving me crazy as I know it is something very simple. I have never worked on a expansion module before and I cannot actually find on manager where the user list is for the expansion module.

My best guess was that it would be under menu programming 4400/6400 but there is no data there. I am also 100% that I am looking at the correct extension the side car is plugged into.

Its just more buttons for the user - scroll down to find them. Remember that the phone (depending on the model) may have multiple pages of 8 or 12 buttons each, so the first DSS/BLF button could be down on button 25 and out of sight on the initial screen.

Ok the extensions all have the correct names in the config but the expansion modules are still showing the old names, any ideas?
