Etrust antivirus admin viewer 7.0

Hi,

I logged into admin viewer to find that the subnets had dissapeared. when i click on the subnet i get error an message:
"Error retrieving subnet items." "Unexpected error occured"

When I click on a user within clients i get error message:

"Unable to retrieve data due to an unexpected error" "Unexpected error occured"

Its as if all of the original setup is corrupt!

Any help on this would greatly appreciated

Sounds like the server running the admin console may have lost connectivity with your network. Have you tried pinging any of the work stations or servers from the manager?

Normally I find that the server that you put into the subnet config maybe down. Have you verified it is online.
