ethereal Packet Filtering

Hi ,

I want to look at ethereal to find malcrafted packets
i can see if i filter on ip or tcp telnet etc src dest bla bla but what if i want to check another field ie some packets contain hex "40 b6" or @. but the problem packets contain hex "b6 b6" or ..

is there a filer i can apply to only show packets that contain @. in them ?
