Has anyone tested the Estos ProCall (via CTI) in a Server Edition environment?

Thank you Derfloh, did you use multiple CTI licenses (one each gateway locally loaded) or just the one loaded on the primary server? Avaya Specs tells one CTI license per node but I wonder if Estos could use just one.

Shouldn't you program all the users on the server?
This will fix your problem for sure.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

@Peter
That works not well if you use digital stations on an expansion or register IP phones on a local expansion because you don't want to spend the fee for Select licenses to be able to use the local node in case of a broken WAN link.

@IamaSherpa
The correct way is to have CTI link pro local on every node. Then you have to install TAPI and ProCall Server service on a dedicated server for every node you want to connect to and you install one centralized ProCall Server that can use the distributed TAPI lines through MultiLine TAPI.

The incorrect way is to search for CIE Installation manual release 3.1 and follow the instructions how to configure IPO NoUser and TAPI to get all lines by connecting only to primary server. This way you need only one single CTI link Pro license. Works with current release but you never know when it will stop working...

I will have a look at that manual just to understand, anyway thank you derfloh
