I am trying to set-up a user on a specific drive. We have a domain with a PDC and BDC. The file folder that i want him to have access to is on the BDC. I set it up so he had read only access on the, let's say, ADMIN folder which i mapped to his laptop.
Within that directory is a folder called Quotations which i want him to have full access to so i have granted full rights to the quotations. The problem is he still has access to all the folders on the ADMIN folder.

How do i rectify this?

Give "no access" to the Admin folder and specify replace on all files and subdirs.

Give read Access to Admin folder and specify do not replace files and subfolders.

Give whatever access you want to individual folders within Admin.
