Hi experts! I have a couple of questions. Can we record holiday greetings and preprogram the days and times for them to play in advance? Second question... is it possible to have the recorded caller menu repeat (I.e. press 1 for, 2 for and then let the menu repeat either automatically or when the caller presses an option such as 'press 8 to repeat these options). Yes. Use time profiles to direct it. This can be done for a weekly schedule or for a specific day/holiday.
1: Make vitual users for all the holiday greeting you want. Activate VM and set Vm timeout on 5 seconds. Then make time profiles for eacht holiday greeting you want, and set the date. Then on the incomming call route, tab destinations put the time profiles and direct them to the virtual users.
