Essential license is not present 2

Hey guys,

Have you ever run into this error ?

This is an IP Office 500 v2 Release 8.1.43 with Essential Edition Additional Voicemail Ports and Software Upgrade 6 (R8.1).

I don't get it.

Am I missing something here ?

You have additional VM ports for essential edition, but do you have an actual essential edition license?

Does that license appears on the Product Description for Release 8.1 ?

You need to have an Essential edition license on R8.1. The upgrade woke it up. I believe it had a 90 day trial with 8.1(42) but not certain.
