Framing errors are usually caused by incorrect settings on your DS1 form. You'd want to match the settings of the vendor.
Your choices are D4 or ESF. You'd want to make sure you match what they have.
If you're using an external CSU, that would also have to be set to match the framing of the T1.
If everything is correct, have the vendor check their own circuits. Just like you, their connection points that link your T1 back to the network must be set correctly. I've encountered more than one T1 circuit in my life where just one part of the span was set incorrectly, and introduced errors.
