ESA Programming

I am trying to setup some basic ESA programming. I'm trying to use 411 as a test DN since it will auto terminate to Information. I can build it with no problem until I get to ld 24 once I try to enter the ESDN 411 the pbx gives me a SCH 2225 conflict with anoth DN. I have listed my unused dns, checked cdp and ac2 and 4 looks free. I can program the esdn as 9411 but once dialed, I get a fast busy. The information does printout on the tty terminal which is encouraging. I have listed my programming below. What am I missing. I am also concerned that when this is live having callers able to dial 911 instead of 9911 since my ac1 is 9. any input will be appreciated.

Thanks I'll do that. Can't belived I didn't think of doing something so basic. Must had a brain freeze.
