errot id 7031 & 7009

Hi,

I am geting these errors I don't know why

7031
The Net Functions Library service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 1 milliseconds: Restart the service.

7009
Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for the Local Security Authority Server service to connect.

In my event view error 7031 was 100 times.
