When I run the setup.exe to install Exchange 2007 I am getting scripting error (like internet explorer would give). Also where the Exchange logo is I get a red X.

I am thinking it has something to do with IE7. Any ideas?

Thanks,

It doesn't even get far enought to create any logs.
Here is what happens:

I run Setup.exe and the default screen opens but the pictures have a red X where they should be.

When I put my mouse over a link (to install an option) I get an error on the screen.

When I try to select the "Install Microsoft Exchange" the install screen just flickers a little with no install happening.

I have installed Exchange 2007 in a TEST environment and never had this problem. Now that I ready to install it in our LIVE environment this happens.

The only difference from the TEST to LIVE is that I re-downloaded the ISO from Microsoft. Maybe something got messed up on the download , I don't know.

My thoughts also. I am downloading the file again to rule that option out.

It must have been a bad download. I downloaded it again and ran the setup and it works perfectly now.
